Odd shaped rugs are made using our precision die-cut process — your design is converted into a CAD cutting path, a custom steel-rule die is fabricated, and each rug is cut to the exact contour. The result: edges so clean they look laser-cut. Popular shapes include animal silhouettes, flower petals, product outlines, character shapes, and abstract organic forms.

Double-Sided Options Available

Need a reversible design? Our odd shaped rugs can be produced with different colors or patterns on each side — ideal for seasonal rotation or dual-brand applications. The nitrile rubber middle layer provides structure and non-slip grip regardless of which side faces up.
