Q: Can I have my own design? Is there any limitation? A: Yes, most of our mats are in customized design. There is no color limitation, the max color number on one mat we can do is 12.
Q: I want to make only 1 piece, is it workable? A: Yes, 1pc is acceptable.
Q: What's the size for a logo mat? A: Our mats come in Standard widths of 40, 60, 70, 83, 103, 136, 200cm included the rubber border. The maximum width is 200cm, and the length can be 1500cm. Special widths and shapes are subject to a surcharge.
Q: Is it need to pay Art Fee for making custom design?
A: Art Fee is free,
1) You could provide your own design in JPG, AI or PDF files. Please note that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Avoid combinations of very similar colors with little contrast.
2) You may provide your logo or design image, our designer could make the art work according to your requirements, we will send the finished art work for your approval before production.
A: Pantone colors ( Pantone C, Pantone U or Pantone TPX) are acceptable, If exact colors cannot be appointed, our designer will recommend the best match color for verification and approval.
Q: Does the mat have an border?
A: There are two types of edges, without edge or with a rubber edge of 1.5cm or 2cm
Q: Can I get sample for free? A: Yes, we can provide 1pc sample in our existing design within 20x30cm to you free of charge, so freight collect. For the sample in your own design, the sample cost will depend on the size.
